Green Home Systems Work Placements

Joshua joined us for a work experience placement last week and hopefully enjoyed the experience!

We think these placements are extremely beneficial to both employers and the young people involved.

For the employer, it’s a great chance to get young talent exposed to the business and to get to know potential future employees, as well as staying connected with school leavers’ expectations of a workplace.

For the young person, it gives them experience of a working environment, as well as exposure to a specific role which they may look to pursue.

In Joshua’s case, the work experience focused on electrical work. We hope this is something he will pursue and look forward to welcoming more young people to our business.
