Through DYW, young people can connect more effectively with employers and gain the support they need to succeed.

The Young Person's Guarantee

The Young Persons Guarantee, initiated by the Scottish Government, serves as a distinguished platform for employers dedicated to the empowerment of young people. It aims to connect every 16 - 24 year old in Scotland with an opportunity to a job, placement, training or volunteering with employers committed to the Guarantee.
