Cecchini’s Work Placement

“We have been in business since 1985 starting with a small 30 seater coffee shop. We have always traded in Ayrshire and inspire to take on apprentices, from front of house to back of house and in all areas. A school pupil approached us when my chef was doing a demo in the school kitchen named Travis, his HE teacher came to meet us and organised a week’s placement through the Ayrshire Chamber. There will be a post for him in the kitchen once he finishes school to be an apprentice chef and get his chef qualification.”
