At Booth Welsh, we are proud to be a Young Person Guarantee employer. We understand the importance of growing talent within our organisation and are committed to providing opportunities for our younger workforce to thrive.

Over the years, our apprenticeship scheme has evolved.  We have successfully trained over 90 apprentices across various disciplines, from trade to modern and graduate-level apprenticeships.

Through participation in Workplace Innovation programmes and the Fuel Change sustainability challenge, we have engaged 90% of our younger workforce in exploring practical solutions that can help reduce our carbon emissions and be implemented as innovative business practices. These initiatives allow the team to learn about strategic decision-making, gain more diverse skills and be further empowered to develop their own career path.

We were thrilled to have been shortlisted for two Net Zero apprenticeship awards, which highlight our commitment to upskilling and leveraging the talent of our younger workforce. Our young people bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table, which are crucial in our journey towards achieving net zero and addressing the challenges facing modern businesses.
