Celebrating a Decade of DYW

Throughout January, DYW nationally celebrated a decade of Developing the Young Workforce with the #DYWDecade social media campaign. 

Preparing young people for the world of work is a collective effort, and this milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of employers, partner organisations, educators, and professionals who support young people. 

In Ayrshire, we reflected on some of our biggest moments—from standout events and school achievements to recognising our Chairs and celebrating our successes. None of this would be possible without the support of our employer network. 

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who has participated in DYW activities, helping to inspire and prepare the future workforce—creating benefits for both young people and industries alike.
