Ayrshire Chamber Apprenticeship Academy has helped over 30 apprentices and trainees with personal development training over 10 weeks.
Supported by 3 local training providers, apprentices have gained certificates in:
Communication Skills, Resilience & Assertiveness, Presenting with Confidence, Dealing with Change & Conflict, Managing Stress & Anxiety, Focusing on the Job, Scheduling & Prioritising, Goal & Objective Setting, Effective Meetings and Time Management.
In attendance we had: Chevron, South Ayrshire Council, Ayrshire Chamber, Training First Safety, Spirit Aerospace, QTS, DSM, Egger Barony, DYW, Arena HR. Thank you to all the businesses who took part and to everyone for coming along to celebrate their achievements.
