The DYW Summer Leaver’s Programme 2021 will start on Monday 12th July 2021 and run for 4 weeks, an ideal programme for any young person who has just left school and would like support preparing for the world of work.
What is on offer?
We are offering to help you finalise your CV, gain experience of a virtual mock interview, as well as giving you access to our free ‘Life at Work’ online modules.
CV Checks and Mock Interviews
If you have a draft CV and would like an industry professional to look over it and offer feedback and support to enhance it, please drop us an email.
We are also happy to provide a virtual mock interview for you, at a mutually convenient time, as well as coaching on virtual interview etiquette.
E-Learning
You will have the opportunity to access a series of e-learning modules. There are five modules, each taking between 20 and 45 minutes on average to complete.
These modules cover:
• Life at Work
• Basic Health and Safety
• Customer Service
• Cyber Security
• GDPR
Participants will receive a certificate of achievement automatically after completing each module.
